Writing a film review

Writing a film review

At this level you are not expected to write more than 80 words, but for film reviews it might be possible that you write 100-120.

Possible template:

  1. Introduction: general information, information about director, main actors and release date.
  2. Setting and plot: where and when the story takes place, information about the story.
  3. Reasons the film is good: good things and what you consider the best.
  4. Conclusion: your opinion and recommendation.

Remember to use Simple Past to talk about the production and Simple Present to talk about the plot.

Adjectives are essential, use as many as possible but don’t overuse them.
